Karn Battleform

For Countless Generations these machines have won the most desperate battles for the Karn Empire. The Battleform is a living machine into which a Form Warrior is encapsulated prior to battle. Each Battleform retains the trace memories of all those who have fought within it. Their combined "awareness" makes the Battleform almost telepathic in it's ability to predict the enemies moves. Battleforms are made of a super hard material that makes them almost indestructable. Though the savage impact of battle can, and often does, kill the Form Warrior within. Each Battleform is held in honour by a single family. The faded exterior markings bear witness to the generation of warriors who have proudly entered battle in their Family's Battleform. In the Havok Wargame the Form Warrior stands beside his Battleform and fights with it, or independantly of it. However when the Battleform is destroyed, so is the Form Warrior.

Nexus Battleform

During the first centuries of conflict with the Karn, the Nexus managed to capture a small number of Battleforms. One Hundred were eventually amassed into a single powerful formation that has since become known as "The Hundred". The loss of these Battleforms was a bitter blow to the Karn. Each carried the trace memories of those Karn Warriors who had fought within it. Hence the Karn refer to the Battleforms of the Hundred as "The Lost Souls". It took many years for the Nexus to find The Hundred Warriors who were able to "join" with these Battleforms. Their descendents have learnt quickly, "The Hundred" can now match any Karn Battleform might for might. They are the last, best reserve of the Nexus Rebellion. In the Havok Wargame the Hundred (Form) Warrior stands beside his Battleform and fights with it, or independantly of it. However when the Battleform is destroyed, so is the Hundred Warrior.
